Manchester rapper Aitch has heaped praise on a Tameside bar and restaurant after popping in for some breakfast.

The Moston musician was pictured visiting the SK15 Bar & Bistro, on Market Street in Stalybridge, at the weekend where he posed for pictures with bar staff after enjoying a ‘bangin’ meal.

The bistro, which praises itself for its ‘good food and vibes’, is known for its expansive morning menu comprising bagels, pancakes and topped sourdough, as well as its all-out Sk15 Breakfast, made up of fried egg, bacon, sausage, Bury black pudding, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns, and boomer toast for just £13.

But Aitch popped in for something extra special earlier this week - opting to try the bar’s viral Pistachio French Toast. Featuring pistachio and white chocolate ganache with mascarpone, it's drizzled with pistachio and white chocolate sauce before being topped off with candied pistachios.

Posting about Aitch’s visit, SK15 Bar wrote on social media: “I have one day off and this is my Karma… @aitch pops in for breakie... it was probably for the best for him though because he got to eat in peace without super fan over here mithering the life out of him.

“He’d heard about our Pistachio French Toast so he came down to check it out for himself - and apparently it’s bangin. Thank you for visiting us, it was an absolute pleasure.”

After his meal, the rapper, who will be releasing his new album 4 later this month, happily posed for group photos with staff as they repped their SK15 Bar uniform.

One person commented: “The fame are coming to the bridge.”

Another said: “Nice one love Aitch what a guy." Another wrote: "He knows the best breakfast spot in the 0161 then!!" One other said: "Girl that pistachio french toast sounds divine. Glad Aich found it bangin." Another jokingly posted: "I have a feeling he’ll be a regular and if so can I be a waitress that day please."

Last week, Aitch was also spotted at another Greater Manchester venue where he treated himself to some of the extravagant desserts on offer at Baby Mayhem in Ancoats. The ‘pretty wild’ spot serves ice creams and doughnuts out of a hatch and has gone viral just a month after opening.

The rapper later sent a message to the cafe’s owner to say his visit had been a "10/10 bro".

Earlier this year, Aitch made an appearance in the city centre as he appeared on top of a fire truck. During the encounter, he handed out free T-shirts and special cards giving fans a chance to preview his upcoming album early, which he has described as a love letter to Manchester.

“This album represents, first & foremost, my postcode,” Aitch explained of the upcoming release. “My postcode is M40, and for years, since we were kids, when we used to take pictures, we always used to throw 4’s up. It used to be our thing; we were always repping the 4.”
