Grab a PS5 Slim for £329 in latest Wowcher deal that beats Sony's best price
PS5 Slim Digital Edition models are available for 31% less than normal with this latest Wowcher deal.
Following the flurry of video game announcements at last week's Summer Games Fest, it's a great time to be a PlayStation 5 gamer. The console has several high-profile games to look forward to on the platform with the likes of Ghost of Yotei and Death Stranding 2 releasing over the next few months.
If you've not yet picked up the console, it's a great time to do so - especially with the PlayStation 'Days of Play' sale running until midnight tonight (June 11). However, while Sony is currently offering PS5 Slim models for £339.99, you can actually get a console for cheaper than that if you choose a Wowcher option.
Head on over to the Wowcher site and you'll find an offer on a refurbished PS5 Slim for £329, a whole tenner cheaper than Sony's best price. It includes a 1TB SSD, which is enough storage for several of the biggest games as well as plenty of smaller indie titles.

Wowcher is offering the PS5 Slim Digital Edition for £329. It's equipped with a 1TB SSD and comes with a single DualSense controller, undercutting Sony's best price by £10.
These PS5 models on sale are refurbished models, meaning they've been owned by previous gamers. However, they've been refurbished to a high standard and work just as they should out of the box.
You can even save a little more if you opt for the non-slim model. For £319, you're getting the exact same PS5 hardware but in the slightly chunkier design that the PS5 launched with in 2020.
None of the models available at Wowcher have a disc drive, sadly. This might be frustrating to those who like to collect physical copies of their games, but won't be an issue if you're happy buying your games digitally.
The PS5 comes with one DualSense controller in the box, which is enough to get your started with the many single-player experiences already available on the console. The controller has adaptive triggers and haptic feedback for immersive gameplay.
If you'd prefer to go with an Xbox console, the Series X is available for £499.99 at Argos. It's currently the only place you can play the Halo games outside of PC.
Nintendo also just released the Switch 2 which is the console to get if you like taking your games on the go with you. Stock is hard to come by, but Amazon has seen stock come and go since launch.
Reviews of the PS5 Digital Edition are remarkably positive across the internet with customer reviews at the likes of Argos praising Sony's console. "Great PlayStation. Curvy white design. Runs fast and quiet. Lots of space for games," writes one reviewer.
Another gamer said: "Fantastic machine. I was worried that we would miss the disc facility that our other PS5 has but it isn't missed at all and the saving between the non disc and disc version makes it worth it."
A third wrote: "Definitely an upgrade from my PS4. The UI is so much better and so is the controller!"
However, purchasing a refurbished gadget is always risky, as some customers who purchased a refurbished PS5 from Amazon found out. "Scuffs and scratches everywhere. Controller hasn’t even been cleaned it still has dirt around the sticks and triggers," wrote one disgruntled customer.
Another reviewer had a similar experience, saying: "I checked the details it said it was excellent but I’ve never had so many issues playing games on a PS5 but this controller is literally unplayable, it has crazy input delay and stick drift."
