When Oasis first announced the dates for their Heaton Park reunion shows in Manchester last year, hotels across Greater Manchester were snapped up quickly - with many fans struggling to secure rooms.

But one of the city’s newest hotels has just announced a special Oasis-themed package which will include their very own transfer to Heaton Park just in time for the gig. The band will be playing five shows at Heaton Park between July 11 and 20.

Treehouse Hotel Manchester opened its doors to guests in March featuring playful interiors that are made to feel like stepping inside a cosy treehouse.

The £25m boutique hotel, which also features the Pip restaurant from acclaimed chef Mary-Ellen McTague, is located on Blackfriars Street in Deansgate.

The hotel’s Treehouse Supernova package has been described as being ‘concert-inspired’ and designed for fans heading to the show. Alongside a stylish overnight stay, the deal will include two cans of Treehouse Manchester Beer per person to enjoy in-room.

The stay will also include transport to Heaton Park on the day of the show, from 2.30pm. This will give fans a chance to comfortably head in and find their spot in time to enjoy support slots from Richard Ashcroft and Cast.

Prices for the one-night package start from £292 average, with King rooms and studio suites available to choose from. A typical king room at Treehouse Manchester includes a ‘cloud-soft King bed’, eclectic upholstery, and wide windows, alongside a rain shower, HD smart TV, free Wi-Fi and blackout shade curtains.

Treehouse Manchester has said that availability is limited and that early bookings are strongly recommended to guarantee a spot.

Transfers to Heaton Park must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of the concert, and do not include returns - meaning fans will have to make their own way back to the hotel after the show, with walking routes and shuttle buses available.

Speaking about the package, the hotel said: “With Oasis set to make their long-awaited return at Heaton Park, Treehouse Hotel Manchester is launching Treehouse Supernova – a concert-inspired stay package designed for fans heading to the show.

“The package includes a stylish overnight stay, seamless transport to the gig, and Treehouse Manchester Beer in-room to toast a legendary night. It's the perfect way to experience one of Manchester’s biggest music moments in comfort and style.”

It was previously reported that 90 per cent of the hotels in Manchester city centre were now fully booked for the whole month of July ahead of the big Oasis shows - showing the huge demand for rooms. Despite this, some hotel insiders have predicted that a host of rooms could come back to the market as the concert dates inch closer.

Matt Townley, chair of Manchester Hotelier's Association, previously told the M.E.N that demand will be higher in Manchester than anywhere else in the UK due to the band's local connection. "It's Oasis' homecoming, they're playing at Heaton Park," he said. "It is out of the city but I think Manchester will feel a more local crowd on those nights.

"Most people in the north of England tried to get tickets for Heaton Park, I know I tried and failed! The city will be full, 100 per cent, guaranteed."
