What to do if you miss out on Oasis shuttle bus tickets for Heaton Park
Oasis shuttle bus tickets for Heaton Park have now gone on sale but there other transport options for the huge reunion shows
In just over a month's time, Oasis will be headlining five major reunion show at Manchester's Heaton Park. The Manchester-born band will be playing the venue on July 11, 12, 16, 19 and 20.
Liam and Noel Gallagher confirmed last August that they would reunite after a 16-year hiatus for Oasis Live '25. They'll play a series of stadium and outdoor shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Dublin and Edinburgh, before embarking on a run of shows around the world.
With the tour getting underway in less than 30 days, organisers of the events have started issuing guidance on travelling to and from the shows.
Even though the shows may be still be several weeks away, planning for the outdoor gigs here in Manchester is well underway with signs already appearing in Heaton Park, local residents issued guidance and an official Heaton Park concerts website page set up.
In the run up to the shows, an email was also sent by Ticketmaster detailing how the concert arena will be divided into two areas - a general admission area and a front standing area. Each area will have a dedicated ticket and entry gate issued in advance.
Organisers also warned fans that they should not attempt to drive to the gigs as there will not be car parking at the venue.
In a message to fans, the organisers wrote: "There are no official car parks for this event. DO NOT COME BY CAR!"
Instead, fans are being encouraged to book a shuttle bus between the Northern Quarter in Manchester city centre and Heaton Park, or use the designated walking route.
On sale today, the shuttle bus tickets must be purchased in advance and organisers previously warned that these will be very high in demand and to set a reminder to book.
In terms of price, there is an Early Bird offer for £10, and those looking to purchase one will download the Bee Network App.
For those who have not managed to get the shuttle bus ticket option, there are a few other ways to get to and from Heaton Park.
Other transport options available for the gigs include national coach travel from numerous pick up points across the UK, and the walking route from Exchange Square in the city centre to Heaton Park.
Pick up locations for travel through Big Green Coach, the event's official coach partner, include Accrington, Birmingham, Blackpool, Crewe, Leeds, Liverpool, London Victoria, Warrington, Wigan and more.
The Metrolink is likely to be busier than usual travelling to and from the park on the dates of the events. Heaton Park Metrolink station will be closed from 9pm during the shows, but Bowker Vale will be open.
Once again, fans have been warned that there are no official car parks for the event and not to head to the gigs by car.
